Variety of cuisine were great and good tasted really great and there were plenty of dessert options to choose from. Really worth the price and atmosphere was also really great. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: Rs 3,000–4,000

Had dinner at Plates, Cinnamon Grand recently, and it was much better than when we last visited about a year ago. The buffet spread was extensive with plenty of variety, but what impressed us most was that the food was actually very tasty and full of flavour. The sushi and sashimi station was one of the highlights. Although there was no salmon, the selection available was fresh and enjoyable. The dessert section was another standout, with a huge variety to choose from. Overall, this is one of the best dinner buffets in Colombo and definitely offers good value for money. The only area for improvement would be the service – the staff could be a little more friendly and smile a bit more. Other than that, it was an excellent experience and one we would happily recommend. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: Rs 10,000+ Vegetarian options: Yes Dietary restrictions: Not sure

One of the best buffet experiences in Colombo. Great selection of dishes, live cooking stations, delicious desserts, and excellent service. Definitely worth a visit. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: Rs 10,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
