Easily the worst chipotle bowl. Every time. I know purposefully to never go here because my bowl is always 1/3 servings but after the 5th time I have to leave a review. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

I’m honestly tired of the constant issues at this Chipotle Mexican Grill. The customer service is terrible and the workers always seem annoyed to help customers. I order the kids meal because the regular bowls are too much food for me and I don’t like wasting food. I don’t even get the drink or chips, so I don’t understand why replacing the tortilla with a little lettuce becomes such a problem every time. I’d gladly pay extra if needed, but instead I’m met with rude attitudes. On another visit, they claimed they had no chicken while there was clearly chicken available in the back. The cashier lady was especially rude and showed absolutely no customer service or customer satisfaction. At this point, I’d rather take my money elsewhere. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The quantity of meat went down and even steak looks dry. Service was prompt if not really "happy" but that's understandable. Only complaint is how cheap the lady was with barely one spoon of meat. Never again will I go here. Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
