Hi Mel, we're really sorry to hear that you had such a disappointing experience here at Pacific. All member, guest and visitor feedback is invaluable, and we have passed all of this along to ensure a better experience every visit. As for the construction, our decision to remain open was one we made for our members. We know this creates a less than ideal first impression when arriving, but we know this will all be worth it when we're able to (very soon) open all the incredible new facilities and clubhouse. Thanks again for taking the time to leave your feedback. We do hope you'll visit again in the future.
