They Serving varieties of non veg starters, biryani and tiffin items. The taste was good. Hospitality was very good. Neat and clean good service. Reasonable price. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SAR 40–60 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant yesterday during dinner. The chicken served in the gravy dish had a terrible smell, to the extent that it genuinely felt unsafe to consume and could have affected our health badly. When we raised the concern, the waiters mentioned that fresh chicken is used, but something was clearly wrong with the food quality. At present, I would not recommend this restaurant to others until the food quality and customer experience improve significantly. Suggestions to the management: - Review and improve the quality of the chicken supplier/brand. - Ensure proper quality checks are performed when meat and chicken are received from suppliers. - The chef should taste and verify dishes before serving them to customers. - Since kitchen quality is primarily controlled by the chef, management should seriously assess whether the kitchen is being supervised properly. - With the current low ratings, it may be beneficial to seek guidance from experienced restaurant owners or food consultants on improving food quality and customer satisfaction. If immediate corrective actions are not taken, it may become very difficult for the restaurant to retain customers in the long run. "Disappointing experience at Palaaram Restaurant Riyadh. The food was overpriced for the quantity and quality served. We ordered mixed fried rice, which were not impressive : they charged 42 sar for mixed fried rice, they gave very less quantity & taste also not worthy for the price. The service was friendly, but we wouldn't recommend this place for the value." Don't waste your money in this restaurant..... Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SAR 40–60 Food: 1 Service: 1
