they charge an extra 1.95 for the bbq beef brisket but their only allowed to give you 6 pieces. genuinely what actual ripoff because the lady didnt even tellme until after puttingut into my bowl when i asked. It doesnt mention anything about 6 peoces on the sign only that its an extra 1.95. It took 4 bites to eat it all. Absolute rip off considering they only allow 2 items in a bowl and one of them was 6 peices. Why would i pay and extra 2 dollars for it when its mid at best and not big back eligible. Least they could have done was told me before putting it in my bowl. midway thru my overpriced I stumbled across a strand of hair entangled in the rice. wth. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Visited this Panda Express location on Friday, April 17, 2026 around 2:44 PM and the entire experience was extremely disappointing and off putting. From the moment I walked in, the lobby was dirty tables, floors, and overall area looked unclean and neglected. The staff gave off a noticeably negative energy, like they didn’t want to help or even be there. I wasn’t greeted like other customers; instead, I felt ignored and unwelcome. The Hispanic lady working up front (with the prominent eyebrows) was lowkey being a smart-ass the whole time. I had to wait for my food to come out fresh, but when it did, they gave me the biggest pieces of chicken even though I specifically asked for smaller pieces. The portions felt skimpy overall the containers are noticeably smaller than at other locations (these seem like unofficial/shallower boxes not used elsewhere), and even though the food was piled high and spilling over the edges, it still looked and felt like they were cutting corners on the actual amount of food for the price. When paying, the cashier only gave me a receipt and abruptly walked off without providing my change. A manager (or someone who appeared to be in charge) came over, heard the issue, and went to get change but came back with nothing. She then walked around to the front, took money out of the Panda Cares donation box, and tried to act like my change had been sitting there the whole time. That was shady, unprofessional, and completely threw me off. As someone who works in customer service myself, I know how basic standards of respect, cleanliness, accuracy, and transparency should be handled and this location fell way short on every level. Between the dirty lobby, rude/unwelcoming staff, inconsistent and skimpy portions, overflowing but still disappointing containers, and the weird situation with the donation box change, I’m completely over it. I will not be coming back to this location (or any Panda Express) again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
