Came here a week ago because it was open late. We didn't even end up getting any food because the service was horrible. We pulled up to the drive-thru speaker and began our order with Honey Walnut Shrimp, only to be told the kitchen closed at 9:30 (despite the fact it was 9:29 when we pulled up, and the restaurant being open until 10), and they did not have the Honey Walnut Shrimp available, but that it could be made then. We agreed to that and asked what else was available, only for the drive-thru operator to tell us "We have a couple different things" repeatedly without actually telling us what was available. We decided to just cancel the order, only for her to very rudely tell us that they were already making the shrimp (even though we had just barely ordered it.) We still went through with cancelling the order and left. If this is any indicator of how this location typically operates, then that explains why their parking lot is almost always empty. Won't be returning any time soon. Service: 1

Poor drive thru experience. Went through drive through. Ordered and paid like normal. They said two minute wait for chow mein. Ten minutes pass and they come to window “oh sorry had a catering order, the chow mein will be another ten minutes.” Then proceeded to take 15 minutes, and we had to go inside to ask what was going on. They didn’t even care we were late and ran over our lunch break due to their poor communication. No offer to make this right. They should have started the drive through by saying are you okay with waiting for the chow mein because it is not ready, we would have ordered something different and maybe actually gotten to eat our lunch during break. Ridiculous. Food: 5 Service: 1
