I was impressed by the whole Morongo area here, including this Panda Express. Lots of parking spaces, big enough store with lots of places to sit, friendly staff, hot food, good fountain drink station. Was just travelling as a tourist and sometime you always take the small lunch time stops with you, like this one. Recommended. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I was so very disappointed with this location the server that helped me had no personality the portions of food was so small you would think she was saving some for herself I will not go back to this Panda Express at all I went there because it was convenient I got gas I got dinner I ordered three entrees of portions were so small all three entrees could fit on the same tray with rice noodles and the other two entrees

I am writing to formally report a concerning incident I witnessed today, May 9th, at approximately 3:30 PM while dining at your restaurant with my family. First, I want to commend your front-line employees and the cook on duty. Their service was excellent, and they handled their responsibilities with professionalism despite a high volume of work. Unfortunately, the conduct of the management on duty was deeply unprofessional. A manager (a young woman dressed in black) was seated and chatting with another colleague when a group of customers arrived. Rather than assisting the guests herself, she ordered the cook—who was actively engaged in preparing food—to stop and serve them. When a second employee stepped in to help, the manager stood up and yelled, "I TOLD YOU TO SERVE THEM," in front of the entire restaurant. This public outburst was not only humiliating for the staff member involved but created a noticeably hostile and uncomfortable environment for everyone dining. It was disappointing to see a leader prioritize sitting down over supporting their team, and then resort to yelling when the staff was clearly working hard. I believe in supporting businesses that treat their workers with dignity and respect. I hope you will look into this specific incident and take the necessary steps to ensure a more professional and respectful workplace culture at this location.
