Placed my order in the drive-thru. Told the fella that was it. Then silence. No one gave me my order total or told me to pull around. I just sat there waiting for eternity. Weird way to show customer service. Not friendly and never offer sauce. I always have to ask for it. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Don’t bother coming here during peak hours especially in store. They were focusing on online orders. I heard the lady with the glasses tell her coworker that “they can wait”. We were patiently waiting and the guy did a couple online orders and did not take our order and proceeded to complete even more online orders. We have low expectations for this place as they either ignore us or forget items we ordered, or we tell them they forgot things and don’t give us a refund. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

This is probably the one restaurant I go to the least often here in Canby. It is not comparable to other Panda Express restaurants. It is inconsistent with service and food. Half the time you go there, they don’t even have what you’re trying to order or they say they don’t have any food left 30-40 minutes prior to closingtoo many instances of disappointment here. Rarely with as much as an apology from employees, either. But I guess if they do have the food you’re wanting to order available, and all other similar restaurants are closed, then the food is ok. However, there are far better restaurants in town in the same food category with *much* better service & food quality, & @ about the same price point and speed as this Panda Express, too, so I just can’t justify spending money at this location, unfortunately. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2 Recommended dishes: Chicken Teriyaki Chow Mein
