They gave me a tiny portion of *shumai*; I always get out of my car because when I order from the drive-thru, they serve very little food and it’s expensive. I bought a dish for my two kids, and there wasn't enough for them to finish their meal. It’s a disgrace that they’re skimping on a $13 dish. I’m never going back there. I think the person who served me was named Fernando. Who are they trying to save money for? The manager, so he can get a bigger bonus? Honestly, I’m very angry and disappointed. And this happens to me all the time. I’m going to send an email to someone who can do something about it. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

Missing main entrees and sides, specifically asked the employee when picking up the order, “is everything in the box?”and he said “yes” foolishly trusted him and came home missing main entrees and sides. Tried to call the store to talk to someone and recording said”there is no one available to take the call” is prime time for dinner and there is no one answer a call??? Very, very disappointed and they are usually pretty good and don’t know what happened to them today? Also the foods doesn’t taste fresh especially the chow mein with two colors? Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Occurred on 3/3/26 Pull into drive thru, waited a few moments before woman answered. Placed order, however issues began with location not having string bean chicken. I am not kidding when I tell you this location never has it ready. EVER! Idk why I thought today would be different. Woman proceeds to inform me they don't have that. I commented "y'all never have that when I come, y'all need to do better. She replies." I'm just drive thru I'm not a cook." So I corrected her by saying "I did not say you need to better I said y'all! Panda Express as a restaurant! Thank you!" I pull up to the window to pay and the woman proceeds to tell me that they don't have any Teriyaki chicken for any of my orders (4). Of course I cancelled my order. I will NEVER return to this location. Even though I live right down the street from it. Do better... Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
