Horrible horrible location. You never knew fast food could take this long until coming here and you’ve never seen a team work with less efficiency than this one.

Absolutely horrendous service. Went into the location Friday afternoon. It wasn't busy. There was at least 7 people working and no one could get it right. There were out of many food items. I ordered and they took my name and then proceeded to never call my name. I stood there watching countless people go through and pay and leave. Finally after 20 minutes of waiting and watching several other people get their food I went up and asked. The girls acted frantic like they didn't know what was going on and where my food was. I was then told my food was ready and was sitting right there. They acted like it was my fault when they never even called my name. I then asked for it to be remade which they couldn't function enough to comprehend and then finally just asked for a refund. They then couldn't figure out why I wanted a refund. They offered no apology. They said I had only waited 13 minutes. Not very express after all. The manager Shashannah was very rude as well as the manager cooking in the back and scowling at me and my family. No apologies and act like it's my fault, no thank you. We won't be back! You all suck at your job!
