Internet says they're open until 10 on Friday. Pulled up at 9:40 and no one spoke. Mind you they had a lit sign that states that their drive thru is open...could have atleast told me that you were closed smh Meal type: Dinner Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Sat in the drive through for over 30 minuts to even get to the speaker box. Had to order with a stupid AI. Didn't even get to interact with a human till they made my food and took my card. And that still took another 10 minuts. The actual worker was extremely nice. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30

I wish there are 0 stars!!! I went to the Panda Express restaurant today in Effingham, Illinois, across from the TA truck stop, arriving as the first and only customer at 10:20. I waited for the opening, but the staff did not act professionally. The guy who was just starting had no experience, and when I requested that the more experienced staff help him complete the order, they simply suggested I be patient or go to another restaurant. As a regular customer, I visit at least once a week, and this experience left me seriously disappointed. I hope management takes action, because this kind of behavior is unacceptable. As a result, I left the restaurant frustrated and without food." Management please dont ask me to send you email to discuss this matter...you can do it with your employees...btw you have video recording ..use it ...not just sleep in the office.
