Еда вкусная. Столы грязные в пятнах, никто их не протирает. В целом за свои деньги приемлемо. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3 Service: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

Been coming to this location for a long time. It’s been worse and worse every time I come back. Today was the last day I’ll go back here. Kat, the manager is horrible, rude and doesn’t care about customer service. I had to wait for an entree item to be cooked. She said less than 5 mins. 10 mins later it was done but by then she ran out of chow mein. So then I was waiting even longer. I told her this wasn’t ok, and you can comp my food. She said it was out of her control. But was it? You clearly knew I had been waiting now 15 plus mins with at least 10 or more customers checking out. She reluctantly comped the food, and said just this one time and she wasn’t allowed to do this. As I left she and the girl at the register laughed at me. I think Kat shouldn’t be a manager at all! The food isn’t worth all this bullshit. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I walked into Panda Express ready for a full plate. Left with two spring rolls and a drink, not because of the food, but because of what I witnessed. A manager publicly disrespected an employee named Nathan in front of me and other customers. She was passive-aggressive, condescending, and completely comfortable doing it in the open all because he asked one question about a code. She threatened to send him to the back like it was a punishment. Nathan held his composure and stood up for himself anyway, which said a lot about his character. I’ve worked in hostile environments before. I know how isolating it feels when no one says anything. So I’m saying something. I only ordered something small so this review can be verified. I was there, this happened today around 3:40ish. When leadership treats staff that way, it poisons the whole atmosphere. You feel it the second you walk in. That’s not a place where people want to be, and honestly after witnessing that, I didn’t want to be there either. 1 star for the service, the atmosphere, and the food for the lack of love. Treat your people better. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
