I bought 3 plates from this Panda Express location. In one of them I found a roach under all of the food/mixed into the rice after eating some of it. I called to notify them. They said to come back to replace the plate. We did not eat any of the other plates and certainly didn’t want a replacement because they all would most likely have been in contact with the roach since it was found in the food. They were only able to refund us for the one plate and not the whole order even though we can assume they all were contaminated. This location hasn’t given us a problem before, but this was disgusting enough to keep me away for a while. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20
