Weird location. When I first walked the cash register was all the way at the end and the staff was at the front of the buffet. I wasn't sure how to order here. Lots of staff that seemed to have nothing to do The staff member I had helping me, ignored me while I was standing directly in front of her just to talk to the manager. And I already spoke to her to get her attention. Anyways I just ignored her rudeness and continued ordering. Weird cashier guy talked fast never smiled. Asked if we wanted a 10c bag. He oddly asked me if I wanted to sample the drink I purchased because I need to see how it tastes. Found that strange as I've never been offered drink samples before at any restaurant. Only thing good was the atmosphere was spacious clean. It was very welcoming. The cook seemed to be a normal person without any personality defects. The manager appeared nice as well. Panada express is not cool anymore. It used to be a thing back in the day but really went down hill. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10

Bad Bad experience. I recently purchased food from this restaurant, and I was extremely disappointed with my experience. I want to start by saying that I usually enjoy the food when it is prepared correctly, which is why this experience was so frustrating. One issue that seems to be consistent every time I visit is the line. It is almost always out the door, sometimes extending through the entrance and exit areas, and the service moves very slowly. Despite the long wait, the quality of the food on this visit was unacceptable. When I arrived, the food was piled high above the serving pans, making it appear as though large amounts had been cooked in advance to keep up with demand. Unfortunately, the food I received seemed overcooked and rushed. The broccoli was extremely hard, far beyond what should be considered properly cooked. It tasted as though it had been quickly prepared and put out for service without being cooked thoroughly. The chicken was also severely overcooked. The breading was so hard that it felt like biting into a rock. While I enjoy spicy food, the chicken was unusually spicy to the point that it seemed something was wrong. As I continued eating, I realized that the hard broccoli and tough chicken breading had actually scraped and cut the roof of my mouth. The spicy seasoning and sauces then caused an intense burning sensation on the irritated areas, making the meal very painful to eat. It was beyond painful. I had to trash my food This was honestly a horrible experience. I have supported this restaurant because I know the food can be good when it is prepared properly, but this visit was unacceptable. I hope management addresses both the food quality and the consistently long, slow-moving lines so future customers have a better experience than I did. Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20
