Went in on Mother’s Day 2026 to pick up my online order set for 710pm and it’s 4 plates plus more, I got home and received just a plate with rice in it. Completely didn’t put my premium item (honey walnut shrimp) that is extra $! Managers don’t believe me? Check your cameras within that time frame. I know they always UNDERCUT with condiments so I asked for extra soy sauce, the lady rudely says “there is some in there” what’s with this effort level? Panda HQ should be contacted because this is absolutely ridiculous. So because of their mess up, I had to take my child to another place to eat. So to recap, I DIDNT GET THE ITEMS I PAID FOR, LOST TIME, GAS AND MONEY, driving some place else, and I have to go back to this panda(more time and gas) to complain. Is panda going to make this right and compensate me appropriately for ALL MY LOSSES? I lost $20 worth of food, $10 for extra gas and an hour loss of my weekend going to an extra place, I charge a minimum $100 per hour for my time because I don’t have much personal time. That’s a total of $130 because of a MISTAKE THEY MADE! Don’t think they understand that many people feel they’ve also been ripped off by them so maybe it’s time for a collective effort in seeking damages for poor training and poor management and procedures. I’ll be waiting for what move they make next. Price per person: $60–70
