I am a very frequent regular that works in hospitality mind you- and the new cashier is suppperrr rude. I asked for sauce while she was getting my change, go to check the bag and there was none. Sauce isn’t a big deal but she asked me like she had a problem when I def mentioned it before my transaction was even finalized. Price per person: $50–60 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Terrible customer service. How are yall gonna sit there and make ubereats and to go order while people have been waiting in line for over 10minutes? Then no samples now either? The cherry on top is that I had to wait 20 minutes to get my food because yall ran outa rice, chowmein and orange chicken. Ya, ill be filling a former complain with corporate, all of this was unacceptable.

I had a very disappointing experience regarding my recent DoorDash order from Panda Express. I spoke with an employee named Tony, and his behavior was completely unprofessional. I simply asked for the store number, and instead of assisting me, he responded with a rude tone and an attitude that made the interaction uncomfortable from the start. What made the situation worse was that he repeatedly brought up fraud, saying that people use the store number for fraudulent activity. The way he communicated this felt accusatory, as if I was being treated like I intended to commit fraud—despite being a paying customer just asking a basic question. There was no reason for this interaction to escalate the way it did. I was respectful and only needed simple information, yet I was met with hostility and poor communication. This is not acceptable customer service. I strongly recommend that management address this issue and speak with the employee about professionalism, tone, and how to properly interact with customers. No customer should feel disrespected or wrongly accused when making a simple request. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1
