I usually order a bowl with Kung Pao Chicken, and I have been ordering the same meal regularly. However, on my last two orders, I received Super Greens instead of what I ordered. If an item is unavailable, why isn’t the customer contacted by text or phone before the order is changed? I should not have to pay for a meal I did not request and do not want. This has happened twice now, and it is very frustrating. Please explain why the substitutions were made without my approval and provide a refund or replacement for the incorrect orders. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered orange chicken through Uber Eats . It was Gross . The chicken was hard as a rock couldn’t chew or digest it . The rice was sticky and cold . I threw the entire thing in the trash . Now I feel sick . Waist of money . I’m not sure if it was even chicken . Need my money back . Sad that they would sell people this garbage . Went to the store to see if I could get better service and I noticed the cook was mixing vegetables with his bare hands . I asked the server why was he mixing vegetables with his hands and no gloves. She replied they are not required to wear gloves only wash their hands . He looked nasty and was digging in his nose. Gross will never eat there again . I left without ordering. Very unsanitary! Will be contacting health inspectors. Simply disgusting Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This is my second time tried at Panda Express. I didn't like first time but this time is better for taste and service. I'll try one more time for try keep to favor store. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20
