No matter the day or time of day that you visit this place they never have what you request and there is always a wait or they don't have it at all, new stuff like their current bbq brisket is never available and I have tried 3 different times in the past two weeks. If you have popular entrees like the pepper steak and Kung Pao chicken then be smart and keep a bunch made, they tell you pull forward and say it will be 5 minutes, it turns to 10 and then even longer. This is the worse place on the planet. I will drive to the other one on the opposite side of town and see if it's any better, if not, WOK Express will work. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30

We wanted the coconut shrimp, they were out and said it would be four minutes and we would have it fresh. So we bought drinks and waited. They did not tell us that the shrimp was ready. So we walked up to make our order, we told them we wanted 4 servings of it, and they were already serving it to other people. So we didn't get our coconut shrimp. And they told us, we would have to wait longer maybe another 5 minutes. SO WE WASTED OUR MONEY ON DRINKS THERE AND ENDED UP WALKING OUT WITHOUT FOOD Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Look, none of us go to Panda Express expecting great cuisine. This is supposed to be fast and cheap. Fast they still have, but cheap...I don't know when or how their prices got so high, but I tried to order an ala carte box of orange chicken, and they charged me like $6.00 for a little tea-cup sized box that contained three bites of food (literally, no hyperbole). I get it; six bucks doesn't go far these days, and I've got no problem buying lunch, but *that* kind of cost to food ratio is almost dystopian. I'm staying away for the foreseeable future. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
