Went today, 13 May, used drive through(order 455591). Ordered two medium walnut shrimp and smallest chow mein. Because of sun glare was hard to read the display, only saw a 1 and a 2. After paying and going home found out they had place order for only one shrimp and two chow mein, but to top it off there was only ONE chow mein in bag. Makes it very hard to trust this location again. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

This location is the worst! They frequently like to “run out” of popular items hours before close. Tonight two hours before close they were out of chow mein. A few months ago they were out of orange chicken 3 hours before close! And when we said we’d wait for them to make more they said they weren’t making anymore for the night. Like who does that? They even said “sorry it’s just two of us in here” but after waiting in the drive through line forever we saw through the window that there were at least 5 or 6 people working. This is no way to run a business; you’re missing out on sales and losing customers. It must be poorly managed because either management knows this is happening and doesn’t care or they aren’t there when these things happen in the evening and they are oblivious (which is worse). Get it together panda. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We ordered from here on Sunday 9/27 at around 8pm. Probably our mistake due to the day/time, but it shouldn’t have been this bad. My bowl was supposed to have half and half but only had lo mein. Ok, cool, mistakes happen. Our appetizer of cream cheese ragoons was supposed to have 12 but it only had 10 OK cool again mistakes happen. On my husband‘s bigger plate, the Beijing beef, literally tasted like vomit and was hard and disgusting, so we had to throw that away. But then about 45min after we were done eating, we both got incredibly sick. The only thing that we ate that we both had was the teriyaki chicken, which didn’t taste the best to begin with, but whatever it was still ok, however, we think it was what made us incredibly ill. Thankfully by Monday morning we were both doing better, but I will never order from them again. We order from this particular panda express two or three times a month and have never had any issues like this, but something’s going on there, especially looking at the recent reviews. There’s just too many one stars. Do yourself a favor, and save yourself from the possibility of getting sick and go somewhere else. Food: 1
