Shirley was so nasty it was unbelievable,I been there a few times and her attitude is beyond the worst I've seen ,I thought I saw something being from North Philly,aht aht Shirley attitude is an unpaid actor ,I never knew a person could be so dismissive and get upset ,the store is not busy ,so why take all day ? When Shirley realized I was a little upset she decides to signal the cook to walk with her to the rear and gossip about the customers,that woman will be the reason I don't return back there ,bad spirited people should not handle food ,gat it together panda express I see why this location was not busy neither time I went

Server took my order, didn't complete my order, asked my name, wrote it on the container saying someone else will finish and walked away. Stood there for at least 2 minutes before the manager took over, not before walking back and forth 3 time. Never apologized, picked up another container and asked my order. I said, you didn't complete order. She said is that your name on this container, point to the container. I said yes. Then she said, then your order is complete. Frustrated and angry, I said, forget it and walked out. This is blatant ignorance and the manager and the server should be relieved of there duties immediately!!! Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My recent experience using door dash. I did Not receive my packet of teriyaki sauce. I added to my order and I called to the store and the employee asked what to do you want me to do. (bring the sauce to complete the order mama). She refuses to do so. How can I enjoy the food if I don't have my sauce. I had to use what I had here at home.
