I love Panda Express, but I'm not too sure about this location. I used the drive thru, which I don't often do, but it was necessary for this visit. The speaker makes it hard to hear as a customer, and it must not be great on the other end because I was given fried rice instead of the steamed white rice I ordered. The chicken entrees were good, though. However, the boxes they use for a plate-size order intentionally make the main course/meat portions smaller. I should have taken a photo, but if you can imagine it, the horizontal divider in the box is not straight, but instead points up towards the top more so than at other locations. The divider pieces are also taller, which makes the spaces for the meat options notably smaller. Other Panda locations have the upwards pointing dividers, but this location is the only one I've to make sure that the main dish selections do not spill over or even overlap the dividers at all. It just felt stingy. Food: 5 Service: 3

Visited the Yuma Palms location yesterday evening. There was no wait as the restaurant appeared to mostly empty, maybe 5 other customers besides us. The entire staff which was made up of approximately 6 or 7 crew members appeared to wait on 1 person to cash out an order which included a manager. After cashing out out order, our grilled teriyaki chicken appeared to be raw and was very tough. As it was brought up to the managers attention, she neglected our complaint and went to stand by the drive thru window. As the chicken issue was brought to her attention, she stated to the crew member that the chicken is always tempted but never addressed us directly as we had a legitimate issue. I wouldn't say that customer service is their strong point as they could not address a minor complaint, but I would say if you just want to hang out and talk with friends than that is not the job for you. Be careful with the food. Price per person: $40–50 Food: 1 Service: 1

The service is crap! What's wrong with everyone here? Who ignores walk in customers for about 7 minutes. Why did I have to say something to someone gets their attention and then they're all mad about it. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
