Passing through town and was instantly greeted when we entered the restaurant, there was no long wait time when it came to seating us/ordering our food. Each employee was polite and made sure we were full on our beverages and utensils. The seats were comfy and the restaurant air was perfect. Although we arrived at 8pm, maybe that played a factor to why the food couldn’t match up with the environment. I ordered the Mongolian beef combination plate, the beef didn’t really taste like beef and the texture was very chewy from it being too fatty. The fried rice and chow mein was decent. The combination deal, came with an egg drop soup, followed up by a vegetable roll and a fried shrimp as an appetizer. All 3 were good! We did get a couple plates of sushi. One being panda roll and the Godzilla roll. The rolls overall were too dry and it tasted like they tried saving it by drowning it in mayo sauce. Both didn’t come with much crab meat or any meat at all. I was quite disappointed in both sushi rolls. I think maybe what the problem was, that maybe they wanted to go home and clean up before they close.. we did get cute cookies at the end(it was good:) Price per person: $30–40 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I mean the food is always so good its got so much authentic flavor. They have great portions and a large variety of items on the menu. The are always very nice and fast! Truly one of the best Chinese food spots in carson. Plus its locally owned and operated what more could you ask for. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
