Deontay on the register was very patient and made me feel very welcome for my first ever visit to Panera. My excitement was short lived. The kitchen staff was obnoxiously loud and made inappropriate jokes. I mean loud for no reason at all. I get it—it’s a tough time on the world, and we all would like to have fun at work, however, how loud they were was insane. Making a joke to “call Trump and ICE” is not a joke at all. Also using profanity within earshot distance of children was also not ok. Children, hear profanity, yes, but this is coming from the kitchen staff!? Overall I enjoyed the food and I will be back for the food, but I’ll go through drive through next time. The environment inside of the restaurant wasn’t what I’d thought it would be for a Panera Bread at all. Honestly, I’m overwhelmed by the behavior of the kitchen staff alone. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

Y’all. This is the first time I’ve been inside this building in years. And it is disgusting! When you first walk in, you’re hit with the smell of filth. I was greeting immediately by a friendly Mia. She was helpful with customizing my order. After I paid, I went around the corner to wait for my food and that’s when I noticed the filth of the kitchen. Stained and greasy ceiling. The air vents are filthy and blowing air in the food prep area. The people preparing the food are greasy and dirty. I got my order to go so I didn’t see the dining area- but according to photos from other reviews, it’s just as gross. My order was correct and the food was good. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

Very disappointed today having a late lunch here. I ordered the Tomato Bacon Basil sandwich, Whole. Thats two halves.... each half had ONE slice of bacon and place at an angle. So literally half of the half was Tomato and greens. I asked the gentleman up front how many slices it should have, he hesitated answering, but said Two??? As if he was asking. He was still kind and even offered to get more bacon for me, I respectfully declined. For a 10.00 sandwich, you would think the protein is the main part of the sandwich. Needless to say, will not be coming back, which sucks cause they are next door to me and eaten here several times without an issue. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
