had a really disappointing experience at this Panera. The restaurant itself felt very unclean. The booth area had visible smears and grime, and the restroom was honestly disgusting and clearly had not been properly cleaned or checked in a while. The food didn’t help either — the grilled cheese was poorly made with barely melted cheese, and the overall meal felt rushed and low quality. The bread roll ended up being the best part of the meal. I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but cleanliness is a basic expectation, especially in a restaurant. This location seriously needs better upkeep and attention to sanitation. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This one guy from corporate was there training today and charged me for napkins. He seemed to have a huge superiority complex and was breathing down his teenage employees’ necks. Used to like Panera but it’s so expensive and they nickel and dime everything. One time charged me $3 for the tiniest cream cheese container. Meal type: Lunch Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

i never write reviews but i feel for the public’s sake i should this time. i never eat panera bread anymore because there isn’t one close to me but i went out of my way to find one and had the absolute worst food poisoning from here a few days ago. after talking to multiple people about it im not the only one who has had a similar experience with their chicken sandwiches specifically. i’m 15 weeks pregnant so my immune system is a little lower than normal. i also overheard the woman making my meal talk to the other staff about how her family (kids i think) were sick so i don’t know if that had anything to do with it but crazy to hear how many people i know who have had food poisoning from panera bread. used to be one of my favorite places! Food: 1
