This location is always rude, never get my order right!! and straight up has bad service. ive ordered 4 times to give them chance after chance and I always end up disappointed, Panera bread corporate to send people to train the owner and employees here how to work with customers and provide better service even with food quality.. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I drove 30 minutes to pick up food and bring it back to my family for lunch. Upon receiving the order, I asked if all items were in the bag and was told yes. I get home to find they forgot to give me my lunch item - a Mediterranean salad. When I called the store, they said they could not provide a refund to the credit card I used over the phone. I had to drive back to Panera Bread, another 30 minutes there and another 30 minutes home. Horrible service. I will no longer eat at this or any other Panera location. If you order take out food here, look through the bag to make sure you are getting what you paid for. While people make mistakes, making me drive back to the store to get a refund for food I was never given is deplorable. Price per person: $30–40 Service: 1
