Took my mother today for lunch. Broccoli cheddar, French Onion soup, Food was good, and today's team beginning from counter to one bringing our food and assuring everything was right, made this a pleasant experience. I didn’t catch any names. Our cashier was very attentive and nice, but one of the staff working in the kitchen was very rude. We had ordered a grilled cheese that we didn’t get when we picked up our order. When I went up and tried to ask, she gave me attitude and said “sorry mama, you didn’t place the order” when I know we had. As we were eating, she came by the table and eventually set down the sandwich and remarked “there was a miscommunication”. She had on a blue shirt and looked like she had tired eyes with reddish hair. I don’t like the attitude she gave me and it was extremely disrespectful, brought down the atmosphere of the entire restaurant. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
