It's ok. Quite affordable compared to surrounding restaurants. For a place that has "bread" in the name, it's not great. Not terrible (unless you're a bread connoisseur), it's good if you start eating within 60s of the bread being cut (assuming it came out of the oven shortly before), but not stellar. I like the doups though, as well as the cookies and bagels. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Very disappointing experience. I ordered Mac and Cheese and Broccoli Cheddar Soup and waited 25 minutes for my order. When I got home, I discovered that the Mac and Cheese was missing, even though I was charged for the full order. This is completely unacceptable. What makes it worse is that this is not the first time. This has happened 3 times in the last 6 months. Repeated mistakes like this show a lack of attention to customers and order accuracy. The restroom was also very dirty when I went to wash my hands, which made the overall experience even worse. I even left a tip for a to-go order, and honestly, the service did not deserve it. Order Number: 249995 I will be coming back to get my refund. Customers should receive the items they pay for and expect a much higher standard of service and cleanliness. Update: This issue has now been rectified. ***********************************************************. I have been visiting this Panera Bread for a long time and was disappointed with the performance of the soda machine, particularly the Bubbly Lime dispenser. Despite repeated reminders to both the staff and management, the issue with the dispenser not providing the right pressure has persisted for a long time. This lack of attention to a basic aspect of customer service is concerning. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
