worst ciabatta sandwich I ever hadbread dry and hardtoasted too longhardly any meat and the sweet peppers tasted like they had sugar added to it.maybe drive thru gets the left overs. Eating out is very expensive now daysthe quality should at least be average.it was way below average. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 5

Monte the area manager was awesome, me and my wife stopped in for a sandwich and soup, and he surprised us with some new menu items, the new steak bowl is put together very well, and the chicken rice bowl was full of flavor 10 out of 10 recommended this place Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I love coming to Panera Bread in Tyler—we visit very often! I usually ask my son John where he wants to go for lunch, and most of the time he happily says “Panera!” The staff is always so friendly, kind, and welcoming, especially to my autistic son, John. It means a lot to me to see their compassion and respect. A special thank you to Guillermo, the Store Manager, and Evely (a server) they are both amazing and truly make every visit special! The food is always delicious. Panera is John’s favorite restaurant, and he loves it here. He absolutely loves the Chicken Frontega sandwich—it’s AMAZING! And I personally love their bagels, they are so yummy! I always try to leave great tips for the wonderful people here—they truly deserve it! Thank you, Panera, for your amazing team and great food. Also, the Sip Club is definitely worth it! Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
