River point in Sheridan likes to charge full price on a half Bowl of soup, I asked why so little and the cook girl rudely says it 3 scoops, that all you get, seems like if the bowl is large one should get a large bowl of soup. Just cannt justify paying full price when a tub of the exact same soup from king soopers with twice the amount is also the same price. River point lost our business, and the young crowd that works there don’t care, so king soopers will supply Panama soup to my family when desired, the owners of River point PB, well let’s just say my wife who just got out of the dentist and wanted a bowl of warm soup is pissed. Half a bowl of soup for full price? Have a good day and we will see this establishement never again. Crazy how the service industry works these days and I left them a tip cause you have to pay in advance. DONE

Yuck. I haven't been here in 10+ years but got a gift card. The sandwich was awful. And $15?! Robbery for the size you get. Not only were they out of several ingredients, but they forgot the sweet peppers. The chicken was cold and wet. I called in for a remake and the manager Rosa was so unfriendly and unapologetic. The staff at the pickup counter was really nice though. Final verdict: Panera is a no from me. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

Even though it wasn’t a busy place, the staff were extremely slow. I thanked the long-haired, bearded employee who prepared my soup, but he didn’t even look at me. The soup was also ice cold. This is the worst Panera Bread I’ve ever been to. Overall, the staff here have a very negative attitude toward customers. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
