This Panera Bread was an excellent experience from start to finish! The restaurant was spotless, and there was plenty of parking, making it easy to stop in. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and I really appreciated that they took the time to say goodbye and wish me well as I was leaving it was such a thoughtful touch. The food came out surprisingly fast, and everything tasted fresh. The sandwiches were made perfectly, with just the right amount of sauce so every bite was balanced without being messy. Great customer service, great food, and a clean, inviting atmosphere. I'll definitely be stopping by again! Price per person: $10–20

I rarely write reviews but this location was particularly bad. We waited in an empty drive thru for about 25 minutes before we were served (first red flag). It wasn't until we got home that we opened up the food to see that it was clearly rotten, with a foul odor. I'm glad we did because if I was in a rush in the car I could have taken a bite of it. $30 later and we had to throw it all in the trash. BEWARE - this Panera is gross. DO NOT EAT unless you want to risk severe food poisoning. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40

Ordered a tomato basil blt, removed the greens and added basil and avocado. Paid .99 cents for both- happy to. Until I saw the quality and amount. Light basil, yes but there was a nickle sized lump of old, wilted and nearly black basil on the top of the sandwich. I just scraped it right off. My avocado was one mushy slice. Other than the horrible quality of the food, there were no medium lids out for cups, no napkins. I also work as a manager in a fast food chain so I can be empathetic. I went under the drink station to try and stock for them and nothing was under there to even refill! The large, yes but no medium. And no napkins from what I could see. Not even trying to be invasive, but helpful. The same intent as this review. We were there for over 20 minutes and the drink station was in the same state when we left. We also never even received our danish we paid for. Teas nearly empty and your iced coffee should be timed and stickered. There was no one at the counter to help or to even tell them about the experience. Panera used to be a great and higher end fast food restaurant. Maybe sticking to coffee and pastries would be better- if they can remember to give them. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
