Ugh, spare yourself the frustration. Their customer service is horrible and they straight up lie about delivery times. I hope you enjoy eating late!

How is papa John's still open? Disgusting !! The only good thing was they got the order correct, two bites and in the trash it went.

I know I said I was over PJs but I lied. Popped in to get an order of cheesesticks because it had been forever since I'd had them, I was hungry, and I was there. The employees were plenty friendly, it didn't take long to place or receive my order, they weren't busy. So I ordered the cheesesticks WITH GARLIC SAUCE ONLY. NO MARINARA. Looked the guy dead in the eye when I said it and although it seemed as though he understood and acknowledged my request, when I opened the box, I kid you not, one garlic sauce and one marinara. Bloody Hell. Because I was standing there I was able to sort this never ending mistake and, contrary to what you may think, I was nice about it. Got home with the order, the gd garlic sauce, and as I started to eat I began to wonder why I ever liked these things in the first place. I don't remember them being so absolutely flavorless. Even the garlic sauce couldn't save them. This time I'm done for real.
