I placed my order on time for later pick-up at the store. I also added some extra toppings to my order. The pizza was complete and waiting for me when I went to pick it up at the designated time. My order was done correctly and the young man behind the counter greeted me when I entered the store and thanked me for the purchase. He was very nice. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Come in on a Friday night at 5:15pm and as an idiot I forgot to order ahead. My bad, so I expect a little bit of a wait and that is fine. But I watch my pizza go through the line and think hey these kids are busting them out. Awesome, nope I watch one of them put one of my pizzas on the back counter ok cool waiting for the other one. Ok I think I see my second pizza done and put it on top of the glass on the front counter. Guess it’s not mine. People walk in 10 minutes after me get their pizza and walk out. Ok after assuming both my pizzas are done I ask “those people came in 10 min after me and got theirs is mine done?” Kid Asked the name, kid looks at the one on the front glass and says your order isn’t done yet. What’s the other pizza? I say it and another girl says it’s on the back counter. They grab it kid gives it to me I say thank you very much appreciate it. Silence, no sorry, that was our fault nothing. I waited in their 30 minutes. I get being busy I expected a wait but not to watch people that came in after me and walk out before me. Probably should teach these kids some customer service cause it sucks bad!!! Price per person: $40–50 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
