As a Vietnamese person, I can honestly say the pho here tastes very authentic. The broth is rich, clean, and flavorful without being too salty, and you can tell they spend a lot of time cooking it properly. The meat was fresh and the noodles had great texture. The owner was also incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. It feels like eating at a family-owned restaurant back home. You can really feel the care they put into both the food and the customers. Definitely one of the better Vietnamese spots I’ve tried in the area. I’ll be coming back again! Recommend: The pho and fried rice both were flavorful, although the quality of the beef is average, the dishes still hit the mark. Okay: Fried Egg Rolls - they come with 4 and are very generous with the meat and ingredients. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Papaya Kitchen. The owner greeted us right away and made us feel truly welcome, guiding us to our seats and offering water immediately. He was quick with our order and brought out our food promptly. What made it special was that he took the time to teach us how to properly use chopsticks and how to enjoy the traditional elements of pho, like the meat. His attentiveness went above and beyond, making the meal even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, the place was clean, and the service was fast, polite, and caring. Definitely a five-star experience!
