Muy sabroso y rápida atención, perfecto para ir al paso. Recomiendo el hummus Kebab junto a pan pitas, para untar en esta preparación. Las salsas de entrada 10/10. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: $10,000–15,000 Recommended dishes: Shawarma Mixto, Shawarma de Pollo, Kubbe Crudo, Shawarma En Pan Pita Vegetarian options: Tienen platos tanto vegetarianos como 100% veganos. Wildly pricey for what it offers Arrived at Papi Adams on a weekday afternoon, on a very 34C hot day and wanted to try their food as it was recommended by a friend as authentic. Pros - Large menu of offerings with dishes that are truly Arab gems - Large seating area upstairs and outside - Fans outside can blow a mist to help cool down (though it has little to no effect on extremely hot days) Cons - Staff seemed completely carefree about their chores, playing with their phones, some outside trying to hustle clients in, while the kitchen seemed to be slammed - Due to their lack of AC on the upstairs dining, and the fact outside was unbearably hot, I ordered to go and was told 5mins - The food took almost 35 mins because it seemed the kitchen prioritized all the orders coming from the dining instead of my take out, no explanation, apology or checks while the food was being made (again, the staff for orders/pay was more interested in their phones) - When the Kebab Mix came out they served on a tiny bed of cabbage - unseasoned, no sauce, no flavor - I have been to probably hundreds of Arab places, and while the menu here looks and is arab, the food isn't - The chicken kebab was dry, unseasoned, the only saving was the little mint flavor it gads. The meat kabobs had a better seasoning but still, no decadent, moist, punch of flavors one expects - For about $15 this is the most pricey bad meal I had in Chile. This isn't worth a visit, check one of the truly authentic Korean places nearby and skip this Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $15,000–20,000 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2 Recommended dishes: Kebab
