I had such a wonderful dining experience here recently. The atmosphere was perfect for a relaxed meal, and every single dish was presented beautifully. The beef carpaccio was a standout, with the perfect balance of flavours and a lovely drizzle of sauce. Everything we ordered arrived looking fresh and vibrant, and the portions were just right. I am already looking forward to my next visit to try more of the menu. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I’ve now visited twice and I had a better experience on the weekend. I think during the week the venue was under staffed so service was a bit slow to get started and then our warm mains took really long. We ended up there from 6:30pm till 8pm based on the speed of service. The food when it arrived was delicious and I have to say it’s best chicken katsu I have ever had. The umeshu cocktail was amazing and all of the other food was delicious. I’d say the tuna tartar was probably the weakest dish but was still good and fresh. Price per person: A$60–80 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

I love the aesthetics of this place such a cool vibe great mood lighting for a date night. The service was attentive but not pushy. All dishes were delicious can't wait to come back. Wish they still did $30 express lunch though! Price per person: A$100–120

Audrey, thank you! "Attentive but not pushy" is the sweet spot we aim for, so that's great to hear. On the $30 express lunch. We now have 4 choices for $69 for 2 people, so now works out to about $34 each and a bit more value, we would love to have you come try! Papi Katsu team
