As you informed us at reception, the afternoon before you left the Parador you left an umbrella (which none of our staff has seen) in an umbrella stand at the entrance of the Parador, and which is not visible from either the reception or the cafeteria, and did not worry more about the supposed umbrella until 10 in the morning the next day, when he informed us that it had disappeared and blamed us for it. As you will understand and as we explained to you at the time, we cannot be responsible for something that we neither know exists, nor have we seen and, above all, you have not left in our care. If you did not want to take your umbrella to the room, as we indicated, you only had to ask us to keep it for you, which we would have done without any problem.
