The food was freshly made and the staff was actually so nice and and the service is good too love there burgers and butter chicken with paratha and it’s best for breakfast and they made fresh parathas which was so delicious and there desi chai yummmm Meal type: Brunch Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

This place is amazing and the food was so fresh and the service was very good and friendly. The food was so tasty especially the tikka paratha roll and alo paratha. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I had the most terrible experience that I felt so obliged to write this review. If it were possible I would give them 0 stars. I visited the branch and placed my order; * mince paratha - which they never gave me despite waiting for 40 mins! * Paratha and chickpeas with achar - they never gave the achar, left the chickpea curry box half open which spilled everywhere and made the rest of the food soggy! Including the kebab roll - which btw I still had to pay for! The worse part was they took an extra 15-20 mins just to make the chips! I requested that if everything is made then I need to leave the chips as I was fasting and this was going to be my family’s iftar so I was trying to get back home before iftar. The man said no it’ll be ready straight away for you. It wasn’t. It was iftar time as he handed my order to me but nobody offered me and my son a date/water to open our fast. What makes this worse is when I eventually, after 45 mins left the branch, came home, the food was all covered with the chickpea curry, and half of my order was missing. When I called; I spoke to a gentleman and a lady - the lady said ‘ohh that’s ma baadd, it was made but we never put it in your bag’, immediately phone was taken by the gentleman who I had to explain everything again! He offered me a refund for the chickpea curry and mince paratha. I was not happy with that as all the other food was wet with chickpea curry! To make things worse he hung up on me, and no I was speaking in a respectful and civil manner. Eventually in the evening, my husband went to get the refund for the chickpea n mince paratha. And despite showing the pictures, all the gentleman could say ‘ye it looks bad’. Absolutely atrocious service. I would’ve been happy with a genuine apology, and a full refund. This review has been written after communication with the Edinburgh branch. There is no excuse for such a bad service! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
