Hello Iliana, thank you for your review. Apologies for your wait but when the cafe is busy the wait is longer because our kitchen is small and there are lots of magic going on in that small space. If you had to wait it’s because there was a queue. We make everything on the counter and the queue gets longer at those time. We do try to let people know in advance so if you were not informed apologies. As for our Shakshuka indeed it should not be very liquid but it does vary with the consistency of the tomatoes. We make ours with fresh tomatoes which is not a standardised product. It is one of the most popular dishes and people come to the cafe especially for our Shakshuka. We hope you give us another try a quieter time. Thank you.
