Hi, I'm not good at Facebook but after today I felt I had to get this post out for everyone to read. Today I drive from Melbourne to Corowa to pick up my daughter and go enjoy the highly recommended parkers pies in Rutherglen. I really enjoyed my chunky pie and a few bites of the pepper steak. Definitely true, they are amazing. I even bought half a dozen to take home. Today is Parker's 28th Anniversary and I wanted to congratulate the family and team for carrying on this great legacy. It's so hard to get a decent pie these days. And today I felt like a kid again with those great flavours in my mouth. My car broke down across the street and they were so helpful on a 30+degree day. They didn't leave our side till we sorted out our issues. I would like to express my deepest gratitude and would also sincerely recommend everyone to drop through Rutherglen Parkers pies and down a couple. You won't regret it. It was worth losing my car over it. 100% I will return soon again. So make the detour and get yourselves over here at Parker pies Rutherglen!!!

Pie was ok, sausage roll was repulsive. Every single person at our table tried it and not one person liked it. Not really sure what all the fuss is about.

Repulsive WOW very strong words. What did our staff say when you brought this to there attention? Also what flavoured pie did you have?

Parker pies may be award winners but their staff are second rate. We ordered coffee and doughnuts, the doughnuts were stale (probably 2-3 days old) and when we spoke to the staff her reply was “well what do you want me to do “ when I asked for the manager she came back with another 2 doughnuts that were as bad as the first.the biggest problem was the staff attitude, it absolutely sucks.
