Parlor Doughnuts has become one of my favorite places to stop, whether I’m grabbing something for myself or picking up treats for customers. The doughnuts are consistently fresh and absolutely delicious. Every item I’ve tried has been excellent, and the coffee is just as good. It’s rare to find a place that delivers such consistent quality across the entire menu. What really stands out is the staff. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. Halle has done an outstanding job running the store and has clearly built a great team. The employees take the time to get to know their customers, work efficiently, and create a positive atmosphere every time I visit. Great food, great coffee, and exceptional customer service. It’s the kind of place that keeps people coming back, and it’s easy to see why. Highly recommended. I usually don't do reviews but was impressed today with my service! I was greeted with a friendly "Hello" and a smile with a willingness to serve and give information to be sure I received what I was asking for. The staff served with excellence and the atmosphere all around the parlor was cheerfulness in the air. Each customer ahead of me was treated the same way. Way to go Parlor Donuts, keep up the great service!

Springfield, MO is spoiled with some great doughnut shops, and Parlor Doughnuts is up there with the best of them. They offer tasty and light donuts that are different from the rest. Reasonably priced and good service. I took too long to try it, but now I'll go back soon. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
