The food and the actual service itself are absolutely good, my favorite gyros/kebab restaurant since I was a student at Lancom. My problem is with the new system, the tipping system. Maybe that's why they will punish you, but I don't think it's fair that they ask for tips behind the counter so that they only do the work for which the employer pays them. If I tip, it will be cheaper to eat anywhere else where I don't tip, e.g. kfc, mcdonald, burgerking, etc. Of course, I'm heartlessly pushing 0%, but I can feel in the atmosphere that they don't deserve it, although I don't know if I can see it, but from the mood, I assume that it is. Maybe it's just unpleasant for me to be put in such a situation. Due to a misunderstanding, I tend to tip in restaurants where they are kind, serve me the food and pay attention to what I want. But where they reluctantly take my order (respect for the exception) and pay the tip with me before serving, not there. In my opinion, all fast food restaurants should be avoided in order for the service providers to learn that this is not the case, the tip is a kind of "reward" and should not be paid before the food is prepared and served, even if the food was brought out, I would consider it legitimate that we can give it afterwards, but I don't think it's fair to pay in advance Today, for example, they messed up my order, which turned out to be well after I paid, if I gave a tip, would I have given it to them now because they messed up my order, or can I ask for it back because I'm still not satisfied? We chose Pasa Kebab as our lunch location, which evoked a neutral feeling. The food is delicious, the portions are relatively good, and the service is acceptable. However, unfortunately, several negatives can be listed. The service is terribly slow, it takes 15-20 minutes to prepare a kebab and a kebab bowl. Their payment system is a bit intrusive, it can be unpleasant for the guest to offer the tip during the payment process. The kebab plate was pleasant, warm, and the vegetables could be said to be fresh, but we received the kebab cold. The prices, especially compared to the "countryside", are a bit high (you can find buffets in the Pest area where you can get an even bigger portion for less). All in all, three stars, I recommend it to anyone who wants a delicious kebab/dürüm, but I won't be a regular visitor to the restaurant chain.
