Truths American sushi is well, it's not like a traditional Mexican food truck where a grandma is there making it from a recipe that was passed down from her grandmother.... this place is a moneygrab with kids sitting behind the counter doing absolutely nothing but playing on their phones... it's a joke.... every place has their thing.... we have tons of Latinos who bring their passion for food with them.... who create amazing restaurants.... but this.... not memorable... same old same old.... you're not worth the two stars....grow up.... it's a MoneyGrab near hw40.... that's all this place is..... eventually you'll be replaced...by some else .. please do yourself a favor save your money open up a restaurant somewhere else..... Bamboo Grill absolutely destroys you.... I know they specialize in something different (American chineese)...but dam.... I ordered General Tso's from both you and them and yours sucked.your sushi was ok but dam .ur Gen SOS was some of the worst I have ever had...

Tonight, my wife Nancy and I, decided that we wanted something different for dinner, with a Chinese flair, so we decided to go to the Passion Fusion Grille, on the Square in Graham. I asked the owner/chef to surprise us and fix something that he would recommend for us. WOW!!! Did he surprise us. There was an incredible piece of Grouper that was served with broccoli, onions and zucchini, shrimp that was served along side of it that was breaded with something incredibly delicious, a beef dish that I really can’t describe with onions and a brown sauce,a scalloped dish that I think was crab(but was outrageous just the same) Of course there was rice and a really nice Chardonnay to go with it, but it was a fabulous meal and it will not be the only time we go back there. The Passion Fusion Grille is now on the top of our favorite places to eat. I can’t wait until the next time we want Chinese, or something different, or Sushi or whatever. Great people, great, food, great service, easy to get to.
