I stopped ordering from pazzo a while ago because they were continuously getting my order wrong, this last time was an issue with delivering my food.. i wasn’t home i was ordering for someone who was sitting for me i missed the call from the delivery guy so i called the store and the young lady said he was calling and no one answered.. ok you have the address knock on the door. She said drivers are getting shot they don’t knock on doors, “ok understandable can yall call this number when he arrives” she says “i don’t have the driver’s number” (click) and hangs up.. by this time its been an hour and 15-20 minutes since I ordered and before she was rude i was still willing to take the order but if you’re gonna be nasty just refund my money i can order elsewhere.. i call back a male picks up and i let him know what happened and said “look just refund my money to my card” he said “why?” O just explained what happened, he said he’s not giving me a refund because the food was already made. “Sir the lady on the phone was rude and nasty just put my money back” he started yelling.. “no need for an argument just refund my money”. “im Not giving refund for nothing” and hung up. It was a long back and forth me calling back and being hung up on just horrible when i call they would act like they can’t hear me then call back and not say anything. Then he told me i have to wait until morning to talk to a supervisor never again

My Daughters and I went to Pazzo Pizza for the 1st time on Friday night. I love the fact that they are open till 1 AM- it’s very convenient for when you’re looking for food on the late night. The pizza was very good. It was about $20. We had a 1/2 cheese and 1/2 pazzo special. It was delish. We finished the whole box and I will definitely go back! Thanks Pazzo Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

We used to order from Pazzo Pazzo, once to twice a week, the food and delivery are good. Last time we ordered it was bad. Told 4 cannolis come in a order and we received 3. Which not that big of deal just point know the menu before you answer question. We order one of the specials that comes with a soda. Did not receive the soda. Called the driver and he said call the shop. I called the shop and the girl who answered had no idea what she was talking about. Argued with us for about 30 minutes. She kept just repeating herself. Finally got her to read off the receipt and literally next sentence was ẗhat she put in the special but the whole conversation was that she did not. She is the one that takes the orders wrong but gives wrong information for items on the menu. Please make it make sense!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
