The three times I’ve come in the music hasn’t been family appropriate, its so loud coming out of the kitchen you can’t interact with eachother while inside. I felt like the staff was MUCH nicer and more accommodating to another set of customers in the store; like visibly chatting and laughing with these people after dead pan taking my order zero personality whatsoever. Have been thinking about giving it another try because its one of the only places in ruston for sit down deserts and then I saw a review of the staff having an issue with people coming in an hour before close to sit and eat because they had “already put the chairs up”. I’ve lived in ruston my entire life and love supporting local, but I’ll be asking The Local (downtown ruston) to add a desert menu so maybe ALL types of people are welcome to come enjoy a sweet treat without being bullied into driving their ice cream 20 minutes back to the house. Bring back peach city rolled ice cream because this isn’t it.
