Good morning ladies. and gentlemen! My name is Rosângela, I am the administrator of Peixada da Bebel, where two customers left a negative review this Sunday, 02/22/22. It happens ladies. and gentlemen, this couple didn't say what really happened. On that day, the couple that always comes to the fish market always uses the same strategy as always. But, that day, my sister noticed that it was the same client who, when she was going to pay the bill, found fault with NOT wanting to pay for the consummation and called me. This couple ordered a tilapia snack that was unfortunately poorly fried. They complained to the waiter who immediately offered to fry the fish again, but the couple did not want to resolve the problem. Well, she arrived at the cashier and said she was NOT going to pay for the fish and I asked why? She replied that the fish was raw, I asked if the waiter had offered to take the fish back to fry? She said no! I immediately called the waiter and asked why he hadn't offered the service and he, in front of the customer, said that he had offered the service Yes. Then, she already came up with other mistakes saying that the fish wouldn't be good because it would stick full of oil, I replied no because we didn't fry it by immersion, and she replied that she knew how to fry fish and I replied that I have a degree in gastronomy. She, because she was very polite and thought she would get along like other times, threw the money on the counter and said she was NOT going to pay for the fish and I replied that she would pay, yes, because she didn't want to solve the problem. Would she have this same behavior in a lifetime? Let's use honesty! Anyone who wants to enter our kitchen will find several buckets of the best quality vegetable fat. Should I buy them just for decorations? Do we need to use old fat?
