I would like to complain about an incident at your facility. Unfortunately I was refused entry by a bouncer and it appears this was based on personal reasons, particularly jealousy. It is extremely disappointing that my access to your location has been restricted due to personal reasons. This behavior is not only unprofessional but also unacceptable. As a paying guest, I expect to be treated fairly and without any discrimination. I urge you to investigate this incident and take appropriate action to ensure such incidents are avoided in the future. I was kicked out of this club without in any way understanding why. I was attacked extremely aggressively on the dance floor and put in a chokehold outside. None of the bouncers could tell me why or what background justified such behavior. In the end I was told to just walk away and not question anything. I will report this to the police and hope that those involved will think for a second about what they are actually doing. Absolutely inappropriate! Please do not visit this club under any circumstances. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The entire forecourt is full of broken glass because the employees don't sweep up trash and broken glass, but instead blow them out of their outdoor area with a cordless leaf blower and onto public areas. Totally stupid for all other users of the paths in front of the store and also for those who want to use the water dispenser. Families with small children, dogs but also cyclists who can seriously injure themselves from the shards if they pass by the next day. Shards shine everywhere in the joints and on the floor tiles. Maybe learn to sweep instead of blowing the trash of the night and your guests everywhere to your fellow human beings. Service: 1
