The deplorable experience, starting at the checkout, where customers are instructed in a subdued tone to use the machines. I presented a discount voucher, but I was refused on the grounds that it "doesn't appear" in the system, although I presented the voucher where the conditions were written in black and white. The same culture of indifference is extended at all levels: to the supervisor who tried to convince me that the voucher had expired or to the support agent who called me to tell me that it was my fault, that I would not have activated the voucher. If before I used to love coming to eat at Pep & Pepper, today I had the unpleasant surprise of being taken over by the employees at the counter. The brunette guy got the dressings wrong on my salads, and when I told him he got the dressing wrong (Italian instead of mustard), he drizzled some mustard over the salads and says, "So what? ! That they just contain the same...." Too bad this happens... Disappointing Service: Dine in Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
