For the few times that I have been, staff have been so warm and welcoming. I had just come back from doing a concert and was holding a certificate and one of the staff had asked what I got it for, told him singing and now with the bond we've built, he is now promised backstage passes when I get big!! Ordered a veggie burrito on deliveroo. I got to the end of eating my burrito and found a piece of meat inside at the end. I called the branch to a staff member who just said she had just started her shift and therefore 'didn't know what's been going on' and I'm sure if you send a picture to deliveroo they will refund you. No apology, no mention of putting me on the phone to a manager very disappointed. I had a good experience at Chipotle Mexican Grill today. The ingredients tasted fresh, and my bowl was well-portioned and flavorful. The staff were friendly and moved the line quickly. The restaurant was clean, and my order was prepared correctly. Overall, it felt like good value and I’d come back again. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Burrito Bowl
