This place continues to impress me every time. They take the food and drink really seriously, but are also very nice and chill people. It gets busy because it's good, especially on event nights, so plan ahead if you want a sit down meal. It's worth it. We stayed at the Rock Lititz on our way back home to NC from a trip up north to visit family. We did the same thing 5 years ago...I remembered some vague feeling of disappointment about Per Diem from our first stay, but didn't remember specifics. Our second dining experience reminded me -- stick with the basics. Chicken wings, Chicken Sandwich and fries delicious. Lobster Ravioli and Gnocchi with Scallops -- not good, very heavy hand with the salt. Buratta and beet salad was soggy -- there was too much going on. Chocolate cake was meh, while the waffle was tasty. Service was friendly and pleasant. We'd prob stay here again and even dine at Per Diem -- I would just keep my order simple. I also really enjoyed the rose I drank and my cousin enjoyed his very strong gin cocktail. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–60
