Ashley our waitress was wonderful, food was absolutely delicious, we will definitely be coming back!!! I’m back, Jessica my waitress was amazing, very patient, I had the potato cakes, they was delicious with applesauce!! Love the music, everyone is so polite!! I will be back again!!! Have always wanted to try eating herebut sadly a very disappointing experience. The service was truly awful. Went for breakfast and it wasn’t very busy but spent 1 hour there for a table of 2. The server checked on us once and our food came on very hot plates, meaning they had been sitting for a while. Overall the food was good, but the atmosphere wasn’t great. Sticky tables and had an odd smell. The woman who seated us was very nice. Would skip this spot. Meal type: Breakfast Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

An Undesirable Experience I rarely take the time to leave reviews, but after dining at Perkins Restaurant & Bakery, I felt compelled to tell others about my experience. First off, the interior of this restaurant looks like it is poorly maintained. The overall vibe is uncomfortable, run-down, and unwelcoming, and the tables were not cleaned. Our waitress was about to sit us down in a booth but then said "sorry no, that one is actually dirty." As for the service—our waitress was unprofessional, did not know the menu and what I even ordered. We were left waiting far too long for menus, drinks, and even the check. When we asked simple questions about the menu, she gave us vague answers. After a very long wait for our drinks, and then another long wait for our food, I asked for a side of dipping sauce. I did not receive the dipping sauce at all, and no one checked on our table until we already finished our food and wanted to get out of there with our receipt. When we finally got our food, the eggs and hash browns were cold and undercooked, and the pancakes were definitely overcooked.The prices charged for the meals were overpriced, especially for the quality of food and service on offer. Overall, I would not recommend for the quality and service, and I'm frustrated I spent over an hour waiting for food that I didn't even enjoy.
